Tulburări de coagulare asociate perioadei de sarcină
Pregnancy associated coagulation disorders

C. Georgescu, M. Mitran, C. P. Began

Abstract: Pregnancy, delivery and puerperium are imperfect physiological periods where risk factors adds to multiple physiological adaptative changings for allograft tolerance. Facing the risk in every pregnancy, there can be traced different pathological high risk situations, the most complex being coagulation disorders. Trombotic and fibrinolotic mechanisms are intricate, the balance is fragile. Other mechanisms are also added such as: Kinine pathway, Renine- Angiotensine- Aldosterone, Complement, Prostaglandine methabolism, Platelet activation. Because of clinical severity which requires rapid and qualified intervention and facing other pregnancy associated pathology, coagulation disorders represents a major cause of complications during pregnancy, delivery and puerperium. Diagnostic and prevention of irreversible coagulopathy becomes current objective, when the hemmoragic accident is the main cause of maternal morbidity and mortality.
Keywords: pregnancy, coagulation disorder.
