Abstract: The authors present a case report of vestibular neuritis, which occurred during pregnancy (week 30), during viral infection of the upper respiratory tract. Once the diagnosis established, we were able to decide on appropriate treatment plan, in collaboration with an obstetrician. The patient was included in a customized vestibular rehabilitation program which led to rapid and almost complete compensation of the abrupt vestibular loss.
