Practica protocolului de screening genetic combinat, ecografic și biochimic, în trimestrul I

Abstract: Since October 2009, the FMF first trimester screening protocol has been observed in the Fetal Medicine Department at Filantropia Hospital, in Bucharest. The results of this screening program so far demonstrate that, if the FMF quality criteria are met, the screen positive and invasive testing rates can be kept low (2-3%), without lowering the detection of aneuploidies.
