M. Sakinci, C. Y. Sanhal, A. E. Guler, F. D. Bildircin, O. Aydin

Abstract: Synchromous endometrial and vaginal carcinoma is extremely rare. A 39-year-old virgin woman presented with weight loss, abdominal pain and heavy menstrual-intermenstrual bleeding. Pathology report of biopsies affirmed the diagnosis of primary endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma and vaginal squamous cell carcinoma. To the best of our knowledge, the report of this co-existence is the fourth one in literature.
Keywords: carcinoma, endometrium, neoplasms, synchronous, vagina
