Abstract: We present the case of a young woman with polycystic ovary syndrome on oral contraceptive pills, presenting with sudden impairment of vision associated with headache, after a minor cranio-cerebral trauma. She was diagnosed with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease. Steroid treatment improved the visual outcome.
