Maternal fetal alloimmunization - prevention, diagnosis and therapeutical approach in France

Abstract: From the first case of hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn which was described in 1609 by a midwife in the French literature until today, a large amount of obstetrical literature has been witness of the progressive evolution of diagnosis and especially the management of the hemolytic disease in isoimmunization. In this material we will reveal the French experience reguarding the prevention, diagnosis and therapy of the Rhesus Alloimmunization And Fetal/Neonatal Hemolytic Disease Of The Newborn.
