M. M. Constantin, A. Neagu, T. Constantin, S. H. Morariu

Abstract: During pregnancy, various cutaneous manifestations of physiological or pathological nature can develop from hormonal, metabolic or immunologic changes which occur during this period. The physiological manifestations can include pigmentation, vascular manifestations, hair, nail modifications and structural modifications of the skin. Pathological manifestations can include dermatoses which occur for the first time during pregnancy and pre-existing dermatoses which worsen or improve during pregnancy.
