Abstract: In the last decades breast cancer became an important health problem for women all over the world. In order to improve the outcomes and increase the overall survival, appropriate follow up is needed. This is a review regarding the most important breast cancer tumor markers used in diagnostic and follow up of the patients diagnosed with this malignancy.
